It's actually not from the comics, it's from a DC figure line called Ame Comi, which is pretty much a re-imagining of DC characters as anime-styled characters. It's mainly all girls, or guys turned girls, outside of Batman.

I have no idea honestly my photographer kept having me extend my leg farther and farther to get the "dynamic" look like in the comic books. I just wanted to kill her because my legs were shaking so bad I thought I was going to fall.

Comic cosplay has taught me I'm surprisingly more limber and flexible than I thought.

With a lot of spandex, cursing, and leather. XD I drafted my own pattern for the boots and bodysuit then modified one for the bird wing cape.

Surprisingly not as difficult as it sounds. I was amazed at how easy the whole thing came together, but my god the detailing. There was always more to do every time I thought I was almost done.
